I’m Austin Hastings, a UX and product design leader based in Portland, Oregon.
I specialize in connecting bold product vision to scalable execution—shaping strategy, building culture, and solving complex problems with simple, human-centered solutions.
I’ve led design at the forefront of digital innovation and transformation for companies like Amazon, Expedia, Bank of America, and One Medical—scaling teams, launching products, and delivering experiences used by millions.
Career highlights include designing and scaling Bank of America’s first mobile banking experience to 33M+ users, revitalizing Expedia’s $1B Hotwire.com platform (B2C & B2B), and leading One Medical’s national expansion—from 8 to 28+ markets—doubling membership and helping it become Amazon’s core healthcare offering.
